OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Olive & Stone Event Rentals (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and/or booking a rental with us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or linked throughout our site. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, clients, and event partners.

Please read these Terms carefully before booking. By reserving rental items, accessing our services, or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this site or submit a booking.

SECTION 1 – RENTAL TERMS
By reserving items through our site, you confirm:

You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You are responsible for ensuring that all rental items are used appropriately and returned in the condition received.

Rental periods, delivery arrangements, pickup instructions, and setup/teardown policies must be confirmed in writing with Olive & Stone Event Rentals.

SECTION 2 – RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Final balance (if applicable) is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. Or day of, if special arrangements have been made in writing. 

If payment is not completed by the deadline, Olive & Stone reserves the right to cancel the order.

SECTION 3 – CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In short:

Cancellations made 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after 30 days before the event are NOT REFUNDABLE.

SECTION 4 – DAMAGES, LOSS & LIABILITY
Rented items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

The client is responsible for lost, broken, or damaged items, and replacement or repair costs will be invoiced.

Olive & Stone Event Rentals is not responsible for injury or property damage arising from misuse of rented items.

SECTION 5 – USE OF SITE & SERVICES
You may not use this site or our services:

For any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

To violate any laws or regulations.

To transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at any time, especially in cases of misuse or violations of these Terms.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, content, branding, and designs on this website are the property of Olive & Stone Event Rentals and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees that all details are current or error-free. Pricing, availability, and inventory are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may offer access to third-party services or links for convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or tools.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of rented items or your use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your specific booking.

SECTION 10 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our website for any violation of these Terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain in effect.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of California.

SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes your acceptance.
