Shipping policy

At Olive & Stone Event Rentals, we aim to make delivery and pickup smooth and stress-free, so you can focus on your event. Please review our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the Southern California area. If your event falls outside our standard service zone, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

⏰ Delivery & Pickup Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery Window: Deliveries are made within a 2–4 hour window, typically between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Pickup: We will coordinate a pickup window after your event. Most pickups occur the same day or the following morning, depending on timing and availability.

  • Exact-Time Delivery: If your venue requires delivery or pickup at a specific time, an additional fee may apply.

We will confirm all delivery and pickup details with you 3–5 days prior to your event.

🧾 Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Someone must be on-site to receive the items and sign off on delivery.

  • The delivery path must be clear and accessible (no blocked driveways, locked gates, or narrow staircases unless previously discussed).

  • Setup and breakdown are not included unless arranged in advance. Additional fees may apply.

🛠️ Setup & Styling

Basic drop-off includes curbside or door delivery. Full setup/styling (e.g., furniture arrangement, tabletop décor) is available for an added fee and must be requested during booking.

🧹 After the Event

Please have all items:

  • Stacked and ready for pickup in the original drop-off location, unless setup/takedown service was booked.

  • Free of decorations, trash, or food residue.

Fees may apply for cleaning, restacking, or unreturned items.

🚫 Missed Deliveries & Delays

If we’re unable to complete the delivery due to locked access, no point of contact, or unsafe conditions, additional delivery attempts may result in a re-delivery fee. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or acts of God will be communicated and managed as best as possible.

📍Warehouse Pickup (if applicable)

If you'd prefer to pick up and return items yourself, please contact us to confirm eligibility. Not all items are available for self-transport due to size or fragility.
