Refund policy
At Olive & Stone Event Rentals, we understand that event plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, due to the nature of our rental services and the planning involved, our policies differ from traditional product returns.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your rental order up to 30 days before your scheduled event date for a full refund. Cancellations made before 30 days are nonrefundable as your items will have already been reserved and prepared for delivery or pickup.

Damages & Issues
We inspect each rental item before delivery to ensure it meets our standards. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery or setup so we can address the issue.
We will make every reasonable effort to replace or repair the item before your event.
Non-Returnable Rentals
Since our offerings are rentals and not products for purchase, returns are not applicable. However, the following conditions apply:

Custom orders, including special requests or personalized items, are non-refundable once confirmed.

Used rental items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Fees may apply for missing, broken, or excessively damaged items.
Exchanges & Substitutions
If you need to make changes to your rental order, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments, depending on availability.
